currently we point to github repositories, but when released versions of hubverse packages are available, we should point to those instead. On this topic, Zhian suggests:

If you want to ensure that it's always release, you can use hubverse-org/hubExamples@*release (see https://pak.r-lib.org/reference/pak_package_sources.html#github-packages-github-). With this, any remotes::install_github() call will install from the latest release of those dependencies
