From Elodie, discussed at retreat.

"Work in Progress" placeholder: I don't have many thoughts on this besides the fact that it is a good staple to have. Maybe it is a banner with one of the 2 accent colors that would signal that with a static progress bar (not crazy about gifs so i'd rather suggest static imagery)

Where will this be used?

I can't really remember what we talked about here. Maybe @elodiebouneau has some ideas?

I guess we have 'drafts' right now. But maybe some visual way to indicate status would be neat?

Maybe it could be as simple as having 'tags' or 'labels' on pages and displaying them somewhere?

Is this a bit like on Wikipedia where you get "This article is a stub. You can help by expanding it."? I think a label would be good for that, and we can put a notifier at the top of the article.

@mattheu @sambulance , sorry to get to this only now. It got lost in my inbox.
If there is still interest, the thought behind it was to use it for a variety of medium. EG:

  • Portfolio entry (text or images or both) : good way to announce a client or project before there is anything to show for it
  • Blog entry (text or image or both)
  • Any content or image block on any page so you guys can go through redesigning a website or a page in modular phases and really chunk out the work in smaller bite size items

Does the intention make sense?
