Goal: Establish impact sponsorship as a use case for events like funding the commons Task 1: Building a sponsorship billboard. It consists of the organizational hypercert and the speaker hypercerts, ie it is a collection of multiple hypercerts. Similar to:
Task 2: Creating the organizational hypercert: One hypercert that represents the organization incl. logistics, venue, etc.: It will be distributed among the sponsors, incl. Network Goods and Protocol Labs (incl. sponsoring via salaries). Minted by fundingthecommons.eth Task 3: Creating pre-filled links for every speaker to mint a hypercert for their talks. It should include title and description, the FTC logo and a banner. If we send out the links after the speakers presented the banner can be a picture of them on stage. It would be cool to send it out directly after the speakers talk and we add it live to the billboard. We can suggest that the speaker distributes part of the hypercert to the sponsors (tbd how strong we want to frame the recommendation). It would be cool to create a live experience with hypercerts. If we align on these tasks, we can split them into separate issues. |

from David: add beyond conferences: funds that will be distributed by FtC to hackathon and residency participants that build awesome things, so that they can keep building |

@holkeb can we assign this to the Istanbul milestone (because we'll go live then) or view this as done since the PoC has been demo-ed? |
