Crates that shouldn't be published:

• iroha_schema_gen // however torii depends on it, so maybe it would have to be published
• kura_inspector // why is it not named iroha_kura_inspector?
• iroha_swarm
• iroha_test_network
• iroha_wasm_test_runner // doesn't seem to be used at all, somebody should verify this
• iroha_test_samples // it should only be used as a dev-dependency
• iroha_kagami // caveat is that we addresss Umbrella iroha CLI #4969 first
