EDS_SEM Tutorials remove Mayavi dependence

At present the 3D FIB-SEM tutorials use Mayavi to plot some stuff. This clearly doesn't work any more because of Mayavi not becoming Py3 compatible.

I've had a look but can't find a good alternative - unless, someone can propose a viable alternative I propose simply removing these 3D visualisation parts?

From what I understand, Mayavi has already been ported to Python 3:

enthought/mayavi#84

Though I am not sure how smooth the whole installation experience is.

If the experience is deemed suboptimal, HS could either switch to pyvtk
directly or provide some vtk export function to shift the whole 3D
postprocessing to dedicated tools such as Paraview or VisIt.
