Roadmap for v2.0.0

• Remove deprecated functionality
• Move everything to single script (this project is already mostly decoupled from Basalt - do it fully)
• Do not copy version if current version is older than one in 'bake' file #26
• Tests
• Test to ensure ./bake running through older bake scripts 100% works
• Create release in v1 with deprecation warning
• Fail if minimum Bash version is not met (4.2ish)
• Close the following:
  • Overhaul help page #19
  • Parallel execution #21
• Finalize apis for bash-core and bash-term and bundle the newer versions (with deprecated functions removed)
