Steps to Reproduce

create new world, i added cheats and bonus chest, large biomes, and added dimensions in this order
Aether
Overworld
Infinite Abyss first layer
Infinite Abyss second layer
Nether
Infinite Abyss third layer
Infinite Abyss fourth layer
Infinite Abyss fifth layer
Infinite Abyss sixth layer
Infinite Abyss seventh layer

each dimension edited for Y top 128 and Y bottom 0 except for overworld it was set to Y top 318 and bottom -63 and Aether was set to Y top 128 Y bottom 3 to avoid the modded auto teleport fall

What You Expected

all dimensions to be loaded in order, and have a very large dimension stack, but none loaded, only can get dimension stack to work if it is The End, Overworld and Nether only

What Happened Instead

nothing happens other than a error message saying dimension Id is missing for those dimensions
