Install through curseforge, create new world with dimension stacking enabled, fly out to edge of generated chunks. Tried with default launch parameters and extra ram.
What You Expected
Chunks should generate relatively quickly, akin to vanilla minecraft
What Happened Instead
Takes many seconds for a single chunk to generate, generating only the chunk you are standing on, overall feels very slow.
Additional Details
Something is seriously off here, the dimension stacking works fine in the 1.19.3 version. I've tried it with just the vanilla dimensions enabled on a beefy machine with 16g of ram allocated and its still much slower than if I was generating all those chunks at the same time without the mod. I know you guys are extremely busy, but if you could let me know if this is something that could be looked in to, I've built a mod which relies on Dimension Stacking for 1.19.2 and kind of bummed it's not working. I've thought about trying to back-port the 1.19.3 version to see if that works.
Please Read and Confirm The Following
I have confirmed this bug can be replicated without the use of Optifine.
I have confirmed the details provided in this report are concise as possible and does not contained vague information (ie. Versions are properly recorded, answers to questions are clear).
I have confirmed this does not happen on the fabric version (If it does please report to here instead).
I have confirmed I'm not using a hybrid server (Magma, Cauldron) or a different (non official) Forge Server release.
I have confirmed this issue is unique and has not been reported already.

I can also confirm that 1.19.2 has very slow chunk loading with dimension stacking. 1.18.2 is much faster. Let me know if you want me to do any testing.
I can pretty much go over to the edge of the chunks and I still have to wait for them to start slowly loading in.
I've gone and tested 1.19.3 for myself too and both 2.5.4 and 2.5.2-alpha3 don't have this issue.
The version I used on 1.18.2 is 1.4.20 and that works fine.
All of the 1.19.2 versions have the chunk loading issue.
According to your testing, does the issue occur with ONLY Immersive Portals mod installed?
Yes
Forge Version
Tested 4 versions available for 1.19.2 on curseforge
ImmersivePortals Version
