Add some documentation to the project

Currently, the project progresses very well but the documentation (both a potential WIKI and the README.md) is very poor.
Would definitely be a good thing to improve it a bit! Especially if people outside of the club (or people from it that don't come to the weekly meeting) want to contribute, currently the repo is quite demotivating!
If was, in particular, thinking about:

• the document about the reversing of the original PAC-MAN game
• how to start the game
• needed dependencies and how to install them
