🐞 : FAQ arrow rotation when question is open

🔴 Title : FAQ arrow rotation when question is open
🔴 Bug :
🔴 Changes : like in FAQs usually the arrow rotates 180deg when the question in faq is opened or active, but this styling is not there in you website which can be done. Also, a navbar can be added in faq page to navigate back to other pages or to home page, there should also be a footer.

Please do let me know if i have to implement all things(faq arrow rotation, navbar, footer) or only a certain task will be assigned?
