Excel results file is empty

I am using the latest version in a Windows 11 environment. The first time I tried the program on a test with 100 students it worked fine. For the second test it finds the images and processes them without error messages, but when I look at the excel results file it has a couple of letters for a name on the first row, and the rest of the excel spreadsheet is empty. The images were scanned at 300 resolution, black and white. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @hirschbjj sorry about that. I've never encountered that issue before. My only guess would be that the scans are too low-quality, but it sounds like that's not the case. Maybe try processing them in smaller batches?

If possible, could you share one of the images that isn't working with me? I understand that may be impossible due to privacy, but it would help with tracking down this problem.
