[Feature request] Allow stdin for input of fasta sequences

Currently, I have to merge all of my fasta files into a temporary file to run but it would be extremely helpful if I could just do :

zcat *.fa.gz | tiara -o test.tsv --predictions --threads 16

I'm planning to rewrite some parts of tiara to work one sequence at the time, so this will be added then, thanks for your suggestion.
