simple velocityでもthetaは位置指定なので、差分を取って速度を設定する必要がある。

時刻取得する処理
前回からどれだけ時間が経過したか求める
前回と今回で経過した時刻分だけ次回かかると予想して次回のthetaを求める

もしかしたらバグってベイブレードになるかもしれない
