I think official image can do the same functionality and you take it from the official source.
You can also add an specific version(tag) to the image of your job:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/patrocinio/mongodb/master/deploy/mongodump_job.yaml
ICP uses Mongo v4.0.0 in my case...
