Running tests modifies my local .netrc file

Looks like you've encountered your own flavor of nsidc/earthaccess#453... We never did figure out what, exactly, was happening between icepyx + earthaccess + IDEs, but after a few debugging sessions with @betolink and given it seemed to mostly be impacting only me (he couldn't reproduce it anywhere), we ended up moving on to bigger struggles.
