Cannot use "Quit" or ⌘+Q to close ILSpy #108

I can't quit the application by selecting ILSpy->Quit from the menu or by using the ⌘+Q shortcut. I can only quit by selecting File->Exit from the menu, or via force-quit. I'm running ILSpy on my MacBook Pro with MacOS Big Sur 11.6.4.
