Install PETSc on HPC

Hi all, I am trying to install moose on PSC (Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center), and I followed the tutorial on https://mooseframework.inl.gov/getting_started/installation/hpc_install_moose.html

But when I am installing PETSc, I got:

Now to install the library do:
make SLEPC_DIR=/jet/home/yliup/projects/moose/petsc/arch-moose/externalpackages/git.slepc PETSC_DIR=/jet/home/yliup/projects/moose/scripts/../petsc install

a following question: I have installed MOOSE on PSC and try to do ./run_tests, but get:

./run_tests 
<frozen importlib._bootstrap>:241: RuntimeWarning: compiletime version 3.9 of module 'hit' does not match runtime version 3.1
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Looks like you are getting a different python when using the run_tests script.
@milljm what do we have to add again at the top of run_tests to make sure to use the right python?

This happens when building moose while one version of Python is being made available, and then a different one when you try to run moose.

From previous posts, this sounds like you have Conda (should i install yaml with conda), but then forgot to enable it or something similar when running tests (making an assumption from the spread of posts based on the date).

you are in the wrong folder to run this first command. make can only be run in the folder with a Makefile. I think here it s the Petsc makefile
