Motivation

For the VTB, we use sep-files to keep the possibly very lengthy outputs of each test neatly in separate text files which are available on HPC

Very many tests also rely on multi-folder restarts that require working_directory in the tests config. We need both options to work together

Design

Not sure why they dont work together so not sure yet

Impact

More HPC testing on the VTB
More reliable inputs there
