Refactor temporary_structure.py and forms.StructureBuilder

New code should be able to do the following:

• Add structure/class name selection at reconstruction stage (this is required in order to create inheritance
• Make inheritance support. See Creating __cppobj structures #33
• Add handy storage for collected during scanning information so as it would be possible to delete some scans of specified function or variable. See Prevent irreversible effects when recognizing structures #22
• Load temporary structure from local types
  Also I would like to:
• Remove cute and pyside
