Thanks for making great package.
I was wondering do you have any plan to update new released Mouse MSigDB?

I am not yet sure what the optimal way to handle the mouse MSigDB would be. For example, maybe it should be a separate package.

The package currently stores all genes with human as the canonical version, so there should be some way to account for mouse genes.

The previous versions of MSigDB and the current human version are based on gene sets from various organisms. I believe the new mouse database is just a subset of all gene sets where the original genes are mouse. It's probably only useful to users with mouse genes, so the multi-species ortholog functionality likely does not make sense for this database.
