This is the link for the autoencoder that should be used with the sample images link

We have updated the auto encoder section with more information, including instructions for training an auto encoder for use with your own custom data if needed.

You can also choose to run Jedi without an auto encoder by modifying the variable use_autoencoder to 0 in the jedi.m file (line 6) .

If there is anything else missing or you have another question please don't hesitate to ask.
