Describe the bug
Disable Wind barriers does not work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enable "Disable Wind Barriers"
Go to Beach and swim into the wind barrier
It still pushes you and plays the wind sound

Expected behavior
It doesnt push me

If I go above Forest it still broken

I don't know, it's just doing that, I turned it off /shrug
