Launch a new instance of the rio-beta - ami-bf88fb8f instance
Select m3.large as the instance type
Choose a security group with the following ports open:

|---|---|
| 22 | SSH |
| 3000 | Node DB services |
| 8000 | Tile service |
| 9000 | Raster service |
Select your desired keypair
Setup your DNS to point to the Public IP address shown in the management console
