No plotBasic() defined in utils.R

There is no plotBasic() defined in utils.R as you mentioned in another thread.

Please update utils.R.

Apologies for the confusion - plotBasic is located here: https://github.com/immunogenomics/symphony_reproducibility/blob/main/R/utils.R

It is part of the symphony_reproducibility repo, not the main symphony repo, since it was mainly used for figure generation for the paper. Hope that helps!

Dear Symphony team,

The tutorial is very difficult to follow with functions like this included which aren't defined anywhere in the vignette. Perhaps changing this would make this tool more easily usable.
