User Story

DateRangePicker (react-dates) are not translatable.

The placeholder text is the default one:

startDatePlaceholderText:"Start Date"
endDatePlaceholderText:"End Date"

The month name and day name abbreviations are in English and not localized.

The selected date is displayed as MM/DD/YYYY.
