Maybe becasue Leuven is not in Australia 🗡️
although: Click to load lat/long based on street address. is working

Cannot reproduce.

But possibly related to the issue we have in the spatial service.
AtlasOfLivingAustralia/spatial-service#247

There we have problems when trying to save coordinate values and we have the Dutch selected as our language.
Something to do with Number formatting not affecting what decimal separator to use 😭
