No, I have not been able to resolve the issue.
Honestly, I felt uncomfortable with the help I was receiving through the
live chat. As they were asking me to connect another wallet with my seed
phrase from the other wallet. Just to open a dispute. They asked me to use
the wallet with most value and that felt shady.
Why would I have to type my seed phrase (of another wallet) on a website
to open a dispute about my Nami wallet?

I'm sorry. But that makes no sense to me. Can you please send me a link
with information on this process?
I know I'm not that tech-savvy. That's why I'm in this mess in the first
place but as far as I understand one should NEVER type in any seed phrase
on a website one does not know.
And can I please get more information on your project as it's very unclear
to me who I am talking to.
I do appreciate the help I just have to be careful as you can imagine I
have already lost enough.
How to Avoid Cardano Scams
The best way to avoid Cardano scams is to follow some simple rules:
Never send your ADA tokens or any other cryptocurrency to anyone who
promises to send you more in return.
This is a common scam tactic and there is no such thing as free money.
Never share your private key or mnemonic phrase with anyone.
Always do your own research before trusting any online source of
information or service.
Be wary of any unsolicited offers or requests that come via email, phone
call, text message, social media, or any other channel.
Report any suspicious activity or scam attempts to the relevant authorities
and platforms.

about. Our project will never put your asset at risk. In a recovery case
you have to have the same amount you are trying to recover in your recovery

Hello, I have not used my Nami wallet in about 10 months, and it seems that I forgot my password.
I am trying to change my password. I was told on reddit that what I have to do is install nami on another browser or computer and use my seed phrase to install it and that will prompt a screen where I can create a new password.
I did that.
on a new computer, dowloaded chrome, added the Nami extension. imported a wallet. used my seed phrase and created a new password but my coins aren't there. I think it created a new wallet.
Could it be I'm using the wrong seed phrase?
Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
