For future proofing is should be possible to have a small text-snippet for each list describing what it should be used for.

E.g.

{
  "full": "Used for occasions where alcohol has been served.",
  "small": "For smaller events where no alcohol has been served."
}

Exact formulations and rules regarding lists should be decided by someone responsible for Study Social Activities.
