Make it possible to provide config keys as a single JSON config value

  • with a JSON environment variable, ie. PRESENCE_CONFIG_JSON (see ConfigKeys)
  • with a parameter for Presence.Posting.Console
  • document the new config key and parameter

JSON environment variable:

ConfigKeys.JSON_DATA_ENV_KEY = "PRESENCE_CONFIG_JSON";

Presence.Posting.Console parameter:

-j / --json-config <JSON>

Data is provided as a Dictionary<string,string> of key-value pairs in the same format as environment config strings.
