Github actions failed but they show as they succeeded

When Github actions fail, you have to check the logs to notice it. As the Github action status shows a success nevertheless.

Actually: the docker image build (& push) step is reported as succeeded even though docker failed to build or push the image, and the logs show just that.

The build step should be reported as failed.
