There will be a new button next to the actual Download charts as SVG & Download PDF on the Box Reports page. It should be named Download tables for NIH (to be confirmed).

When pressing this button it will download a readme + three tables (csv format):

  1. One with one row per sample, aggregating data from the sample, its batch, etc;
  2. One with one row per sample, containing information about the results obtained by the awardee on their machines;
  3. One with general results of the whole panel's test (sensitivity, specificity, LOD, etc.)

(final list of columns for all the 3 tables is yet to be confirmed)

Some data we don't have within CDx, especially in table 2) (name of the protocol, units of the readout, technology used, etc.). A warning message to warn the awardee before downloading the table, that some data needs to be manually fulfilled by them, needs to be shown.

@leandroradusky I understood that the sample_group was already agreed.

It was, yet we're still waiting the final sample files to confirm. I will update definitions after that.
