Right now we create a story when the user clicks on the next button on the questions page. Therefore, if the user refreshes on either onboard, confirm, or questions page, there will be an error since we lost the user's data. #191

We need to create the story when the user submit story(after we rerouting the website) and then let the user update their stories since then.
