Ability to not send threaded replies to channel

Describe the solution you'd like
When an issue is opened, a new message is posted. When an issue is closed, a threaded reply is posted to the previous message. This is great, however, the threaded reply is also sent to the channel in Slack. I would like to be able to turn off the "Also send to channel" behavior.
