Keyboard is not working with Ubuntu 22 (MEC1521)

We are using MEC1521 and experiencing keyboard issues with Ubuntu 22 on the laptop. Although the keyboard works fine in Windows OS, it's not responding in Ubuntu 22. We have tried the Fedora Linux also but getting the same issue. Below is the error message:

Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?
