Hi @heralden is it possible to get this tool working. I would like to use it in the demo if possible. It would fit nicely and I have a small gene list that I know have genetic and physical interactions.

The tool is configured to be on, but it doesn't work on any gene list, no matter how small the list is (the one I am using has only 9 genes)

Seems to be this same issue: intermine/bluegenes-interaction-network#24
so I'm guessing it's failing on some aspect of Pombemine's model.

You can enable the EsyN viewer instead of the Gene Interaction Network on the production pombemine (login as Admin then select Tool in the top-right dropdown menu).

I dn't think the model for GI or PI was changed though.? They were loaded directly from BIoGRID?

I could use EsyN - but how do I configure that? It does not appear at the moment, but it has clearly appeared in previous iterations (see above screenshot). I can't see anything obvious in the tools configuration.

On the tools page, try searching for @intermine/bluegenes-esyn-viewer. It should be under Available tools near the bottom of the page.

I missed that. Note: this view needs a key. You don't know which interactions are genetic and which are physical until you go to EsyN.
