Hacktoberfest is an event organized by Digital Ocean. Anyone who has registered to Hacktoberfest and sends 5 PRs resolving issues marked with the label 'hacktoberfest' gets a T-shirt from Digital Ocean. Its quite famous, especially in India. I think its a good way to increase Intermine's outreach through this. The only thing to do from our side is mark the issues we need help with 'hacktoberfest' label :)

I love Hacktoberfest! I've been planning to mark up some issues with this tag soon - primarily bluegenes / clojure / js related ones. @nupurgunwant I wonder if you should have a word with @julie-sullivan about whether there are any simpler python client issues that we could add the tag to?
