Port 80 not available for Win Docker Desktop

ERROR: for webserver Cannot start service webserver:
Ports are not available:
exposing port TCP 0.0.0.0:80 -> 0.0.0.0:0: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:80:
bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
ERROR: Encountered errors while bringing up the project.

A quick hack is to run NET stop HTTP as Administrator.
But this damages a lot of Win System processes.

suggested workaround: map port 8080:80 and edit the full description.
Adding certificates to Chrome or Firefox is still a major issue.
