Hi,

I've had this issue for a while and i've just updated to 1.0.9 but for whatever reason clients don't seem to automatically export. I know some people don't sign up with a wordpress account so i'm not sure if that's having an effect but if I go into WooCommerce > Customers they are there but not in invoice ninja.

Usually a manual sync will fix it (although because i've deleted a load of spam accounts from WP in Invoice Ninja it kind of stalls my website as the records are found). Except today I tried the manual sync and this mornings customer hasn't exported through.

So each time i'm having to manually enter the customer details anyway.

hope you can shed some light or maybe i'm expecting something that isn't meant to happen?

Hi James. I’m having this same issue as well..Woocommerce customers are not exporting. Have you found a workaround?

Is the client filter set correctly?

Also, does it help to sync manually?

As with James, I've set the filters correctly and tried a manual sync and can't get the customers to sync

If you select all users types and manually sync are the clients copied over?

If they made a purchase without registering is a record added to the users table?

Thanks, the probably explains the issue.

We're looking into supporting exporting invoices in the future which may also help here.
