Taxon matching appears to be incomplete for sequences identified at higher taxonomic levels. A few examples which have missing LSIDs:

genus Macrobrachium, species Macrobrachium_sp._3WS
genus Skeletonema
class Actinopteri
class Hexanauplia
genus Durvillaea
genus Rhodope
