Enable compiling without alloc feature.

We'd love to use this crate in a no-alloc setting. Is this still a planned feature? We wouldn't need many features to start with, mainly parsing and using the type. If that is too much to ask right now, some additional feature gating that would enable just the Core did to compile, would probably work for us for the time being.
