Can anyone explain HOW to "IMPORT" when there is no option in the Wallet?

Yes, I'm still not able to do so, even after upgrading to the latest
version of ioPay wallet.
I'm using Windows 10 with Chrome (104.0.5112.102 (64-bit)) and when going
to stake.iotex.io it keeps giving the same ,message of "import & unlock"?
Also,
I had to downgrade ioPay to 1.0.16 because it has a bug when trying to
click CLAIM - it shuts down, and does not complete the task?
