Timeline:

Oct. 11th 2024 primary switched from belin to SF due to indexer freeze. See slack.
Dec. 17th 2024 primary was switched back to berlin.
Jan. 8th 2025 potential gap detected, with extended providers re-advertised to compensate for missing retrieval endpoint.
