比如我现在在这里复制链接，https://docs.go-cqhttp.org/api/#%E6%A0%87%E8%AE%B0%E6%B6%88%E6%81%AF%E5%B7%B2%E8%AF%BB
或者是 https://docs.go-cqhttp.org/api/#标记消息已读

然后打开新标签页，访问刚刚复制的链接，都会跳转去基础通信。如果在已经打开的文档页面就可以正确跳转到锚点。
