Keyboard Repeat Settings

Is it possible to configure repeat and delay keyboard in terminal more precision ? I found only once option in ssh configuration, but it doesn't fit me.

In macOS I have a setting options: "Key repeat rate” and "Delay until repeat” (see image).
But in WebSSH, I found only “Key repeat rate” (see image).

WebSSH is very good apps, except this one issue. I tried to use different options from “Key repeat rate”, but it to fast or too slow for me. And Delay before repeat, just a kill me. I spend a lot of time in terminal and of course, that is very important for me.

I thought. If you make a first configuration option, may be I didn’t catch, where I can tune the second option.
