The ecglib.data.load_datasets.load_ptb_xl function contains an outdated url to the dataset. New version 1.0.3. removes duplicates (for more details, see Release Notes).

Another useful feature is the return fpath column of the ptb_xl_info depending on the sampling rate. Thus, the suffix lr refers to the frequency of 100Hz.
