On new Version 2.0, "Release Date" field doesn't validate a valid (just generated or uploaded) publiccode.yml file #366

Subject of the issue

When I upload a valid publiccode.yml file, and I click on Validate then the imported Release Date breaks the validation.
And this happens even when I upload and check validation of a publiccode.yml just generated & downloaded from the publiccode.yml editor (version 2.0)

Steps to reproduce

For instance copy locally this valid publiccode.yml content:
https://gitlab.com/opencity-labs/area-personale/core/-/raw/master/publiccode.yml
then upload it into the publiccode.yml editor (version 2.0)
now here: https://publiccode-editor.developers.italia.it
and click Validate.

An error related to "Release Date" field appears (@see attached screenshot).

Further more, you can fix the Release Date and correctly re-Validate and Generate / Download the new publiccode.yml file.
This same one once pass again a new Upload and Validation ...

Expected behaviour

New Publiccode.yml content generated and downloaded with the publiccode.yml editor (version 2.0) should re-uploaded and validate correctly.

hi @itamair, thanks for the report. I'm going to work on it. Just to be more precise, what's the locale settings of your browser?

Hi @valeriocomo ... I have tested & experienced that issue both in Safari and Chrome in English interface
(and both the https://publiccode-editor.developers.italia.it/ rendering in Italian and English, etc.)
