Version 5 is here 🎉

New features:

• add typesafeI18nString
• add typesafeI18nObject

This release contains some breaking changes:

• remove functionality to run the generator via a rollup plugin
• remove functionality to run the generator via a webpack plugin

migrating from version 4.x.x

• If you have used the rollup or webpack plugin before, you need to switch to the node process in order to run the generator.
• If you rely on the optimizations that the rollup plugin provided, there is no alternative right now.
  Those optimizations will come back in a future version.

reasons for these changes:

The rollup and the webpack plugin were a relic of the early days of typesafe-i18n. The library has evolved and those plugins were much slower to generate the types than the node process. Also the cost of maintaining three different approaches are to high if we take into account that they don't relly offer a benefit.

In the future some kind of plugin will come back but focussing on bundle optimization.
