Blacklisting members so they cannot enter the giveaway #201

Entrant modification will not be added to the bot.
Blacklisting roles/members from entering giveaways goes against following consistency of this bot that its users can rely on: If you can see a giveaway, then you can enter it.
Refer to issue #153 for more info on this subject.

To blacklist someone from a giveaway, hide the channel from them
