hpsdrconnector, NetSDRplus not found,

Hello
I am trying to connect the hpsdrconnector with my NetSDRplus from RFSpace unfortunately without success so far.

The Discovery Protocol of hpsdrconnector does not find any HPSDR device.
With the programs SDR-Radio (SDR-Console) or CuteSDR V1.20
the discovery works perfectly, the NetSDR is found on port 50000
is found.

As far as I know, the NetSDRplus works with HPSDR V1.

Hi. I don't know anything about the NetSDRplus.
A few questions:

• Can you point me to documentation about its HPSDR support? The manual I found doesn't mention HPSDR. It says "RFSPACE supplies a fully documented protocol for communicating with the hardware," but I haven't found that documentation.
• Does it work with other HPSDR client software like Quisk, SparkSDR or Pisdr?
• How are you running OpenWebRX? If it's in a Docker container, please see this note: https://github.com/jketterl/openwebrx/wiki/HPSDR-(including-Hermes-Lite-2)-device-notes#limitations

Also, I see there's a Soapy SDR module for NetSDR at https://github.com/pothosware/SoapyNetSDR?tab=readme-ov-file
Have you tried that?

There's feature request for OpenWebRX NetSDR support here: jketterl/openwebrx#368
You might want to check that out.

Thanks for your answers, I believe NetSDR supports the METIS protocol, I experimented with it a long time ago.

I will investigate further and get back to you.
I think we can close my request for now.
