Crear control de Roles y accesos de usuarios

Tanto el Back-End, como el Front-end deberian tener un acceso.
Pero utilizando el mismo modulo de usuarios.

La característica de login debe ser Global.

Desde el backend debe poderse manejar usuarios a nivel administrativo

Desde el frontend un usuario debe poder manejar el perfil de su cuenta.
